ARMS No longer Crimson Dealer

This letter is to inform you of the change of status concerning A.R.M.S. and Crimson Fire (Luverne). A.R.M.S. and Crimson have parted ways, thus we are no longer a Crimson Dealer. We both believe departure will be beneficial to both companies. Therefore, if you have any warranty issues now or in the future you must contact Cherry Carden at customer services (866-268-2729) or the Regional Sales Manager Roger Parker at his regional office 605-274-0610 (parkerrog@aol.com) or Crimson Main office at 605-582-2300. If you our unable to contact Crimson on Warranty issues feel free to call us and we will try to help you get a hold of the proper person at Crimson. At this time Crimson has not announced who the new Ohio Crimson Dealer is, but be assured, one or two will soon be announced. However, for any of your non-warranty needs on any truck please remember to call A.R.M.S. We still have our mobile services truck and can make 24-hour emergency service calls to your location. In the near future, we will be announcing what Manufacturer we will be working with in Ohio. Until that time we can help you write a generic set of specs to be used for bidding purpose. As a reminder A.R.M.S., as always, produces grass/brush truck along with elliptical tankers. A.R.M.S. still handles most all of your needed equipment and supplies. Please do not hesitate to call us for any of your needs. You may not be aware of the fact that we now have a pump test bay along with a paint bay, for all your repairs and re-fabrication needs.
